Join our VIPS!

Our VIPS Program provides support and resources for agencies interested in developing or enhancing a volunteer program and for citizens who wish to volunteer their time and skills with our department. The VIPS program’s ultimate goal is to enhance the capacity of the Harriman Police Department's ability to consistently utilize trained volunteers.

 

The VIPS staff will be involved in a variety of public and internal police events such as parades, safety fairs, special events and regular police work where specialized assistance can always be used to help solve crimes and enhance our community relations.
